Good to Know Before You Buy
- Zeffy adds its own optional tip/donation to your cart by default — you can change it to $0 before paying if you only want to pay for tickets/food.
- Ages 6–15 count as "Kids"; they must be accompanied by an adult. Kids sitting on a lap are free and need no ticket.
- The ticket number Zeffy generates does not reflect your actual seat — seating is assigned separately.
- For Kids to sit in VIP seats, purchase a VIP ticket at full price for them too.
Member Pricing — How to Avail It
- Members and non-members now use two separate forms — use the "I'm a Member" or "I'm Not a Member" button below to go to the right one.
- On the Member form, member-priced tickets/food aren't automatically restricted — instead, you'll be asked once at checkout (not while selecting each individual ticket) to enter the membership code emailed to all paid 2026 Annual Members. It's the same code for every family member registered on that membership.
- Enter the code exactly as shown when asked at checkout — you can type it or copy/paste it, either works.
- Paid your 2026 Annual membership but never received the code by email? Contact bengalis.in.vancouver@bongmilanti.org before assuming it's an error.
- Member pricing (the code above) and the donor discount codes (Superstar/Platinum/Gold/Silver/Bronze) are two separate systems — both work on either form, but donor codes still need a donation category included in the same order (see "How to Give a Donation" below).
Donation Tiers & Discounts
| Donor Type | Donation Range | Discount |
|---|---|---|
| Superstar Donor | $501 & above | $200 |
| Platinum Donor | $401 – $499 | $150 |
| Gold Donor | $301 – $399 | $100 |
| Silver Donor | $201 – $299 | $50 |
| Bronze Donor | $101 – $199 | $20 |
How to Give a Donation
Picking a level below only shows you which code you qualify for — it doesn't charge anything by itself. To actually give, for example, $530 (Superstar level):
- Select Superstar below to see your code.
- Tap "I'm a Member" or "I'm Not a Member" — whichever matches you — to open the right Zeffy form, then select the matching donation category — e.g. the $501 option — as your base donation.
- To reach your exact total, use the additional donation field for the remaining balance — e.g. add $29 on top of the $501 category to reach $530.
- This two-step process (pick a category, then top up with an additional donation) is the same for every tier, not just Superstar.
- When you get to the discount code field, enter the code exactly as shown — typing or pasting both work fine.
Important: your order needs to include a donation category (e.g. the $501 option) for the code to work — you can also add individual tickets or food items to the same order, and the code still applies. But if your order only has tickets/food with no donation category included, the code cannot be applied at all.
